PATTERN RELEASE 202 is a release coating for patterns
and models used in the preperation of silicone molds. A thin film of PATTERN RELEASE 202 eases the parting of the cured
silicone rubber mold from the pattern.
PATTERN RELEASE 202 contains a base of petroleum jelly and methylene chloride.
It may be used on a wide variety of pattern materials. Excellent detail is maintained even with fine grained woods.
PATTERN RELEASE 202 is an easy to use aerosol spray that gives a uniform coating
of the release agent with a minimum loss of pattern detail while not inhibiting silicone rubber. It air dries instantly
with no buffing required.
May be used with patterns of wood - epoxies - vulcanized silicone rubber - urethane
- polyesters - polystyrene - phenolics - acrylics - vinyls - polypropylene - rubber - plastic - glass - metals - clay
